Your order will be shipped within 10-14 business days. It's a small wait, but well worth your time!

Shipping will be conducted through delivery service providers available to the manufacturer.

Tracking information will be made available only if this information is made available by the delivery service provider.

If the package appears damaged upon arrival, we request that you inform the manufacturer and the shipping company immediately.

Take pictures of the closed package and wait for further communication by the manufacturer before unpacking.
RETURNS POLICY
Not satisfied with your purchase? Not a problem!
You can return the products that you have chosen within 7 days of receipt. Call us at +91-981127702 for details on returning items.
We are more than happy to offer you an exchange if you have experienced the following:

Your purchase has arrived in a damaged state. (In this case, please inform us with images and videos of the product in question immediately.)

You received something else! If what was delivered is not the purchase you made, please inform us with images and videos of the product.

Faulty craftsmanship. If the craftsmanship of your order is inconsistent with the product in display, do inform us right away!
REFUND & PROMOTIONS
You are only eligible for a refund if you cancel your order within the first 7 days of receiving your purchase. Post that we will not be able to refund the money for your purchase.
We do not offer returns facility for any of the customised pieces.
Discounted items or items on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchange unless:
